Fifa 10

I've bought fifa 10 but there are some things i don't understand?
Like how do you enter the trainingarena and how do you change so that your player can wear a high collar on his shirt?

Please answer my questions and sure you can add yours as well so that maybe i or someone else can answer them!

I recently bought FIFA 10 but sometimes when my players are running with the ball, they sprint even thoughI am not holding RT. How do I stop it??? All answers warmly welcome!
