My points were stuck at 362 for 6 games until i rebooted the PS3 then the games started to count again.

What does the leaderboard say for your account right now? I have your account showing 1058 ranking points on my end.

no, when i was on 1060, there were 3 DNF wins i should have got, from 13 wins to 16 wins...after that i turned my ps3 off, rebooted and played again, winning 2-0....then this took me to 1114...i should be about 150-170 points higher

ok it seems like the workaround does fix the problem, i just had another guy baBEnny quit out on me in the 89th minute when i was up 5-1 and i got the points

so as soon as you stop getting points for wins, the trick is to reset ur ps3

why the hell have you reset the leaderboards AGAIN, fair enough u reset them on satdy mornin but why again this morning? iv caned fifa 10 for hours last night n through to this morning gettin myself into the top 100 only to find im back on 200 points again this morning???????wots the effin point? is it worth me bothering or will u ust reset them again?

When you say reset do you mean press off button to standy or pull plug out cos i have standy by on constant unless i take plug out cos of my slim lol???

The reset of the ps3 will get you the latest view of the leaderboard if it does stop updating, however your points should always be updated on the server after each game. Your view of the leaderboard will just stay the same until the next reset. Sorry it's so confusing. We'll be investigating why this is happening.

Can you do me one last favour though? Do you have the end of game email enabled? If not, can you enable it and confirm if you are getting emails with updates on your FIWC ranking point changes?

Online Game Modes -> My Fifa 10 online -> Online settings -> General settings -> Forward end of game stats -> Set this to yes.

i dont mind if i cant see my position now and again in my ps3 but we need to be able to track our progress

trust me man, i know what you are saying, but i also am 100% sure that there were 3 games in a row where the server did not update the score.
i know this because after i didnt get the points for the 3rd game in a row, i turned off my ps3, turned it on and i was still 1060 points
i did not move to 1114 until i played a game after the reset.

sure ill turn on end of game stats, i dont know if it is on at the moment

i just wanna no if this is the LAST reset cuz its not fair to win loads of games n then get your stats reset

also, if you look at my record, i have 0 losses and more wins than anyone else, yet i am quite a bit behind peopel who have had losses, even though i have a higher average opponent rank...this further supports my argument that there were 3 games when i should have got ~50 points each

haha - get some sleep man, i just finished my game and stats werent turned on, so i just turned them on now, it will be anotehr 20 mins before i find out if theyre working.

in summary, me and morty experienced that your account can get into a state where it does not record any points on your account, even though your wins count does increment. if this happens to you, you must reset your PS3 to get out of this state, or any subsequent game does not register with the ea servers until u reboot.
