Why I'm not classified

Hello everybody,
Why if i take a look to the online ranking results that I've won 0 match and lost 0 and my points are still 200 and level1.
Instead I've already been playng and winninig many matches...

You've probably been playing unranked matches.. you need to play ranked matches
