Two questions, but forgive the second one as it is going to sound incredibly noobish

1) Is there any way I an bookmark this thread so it is easy for me to find whenever I pop on the forum?

and ...

2) This is going to sound ridiculous but where do I create my own formations to use online? I never did this on 09 so don't have a clue now. And it is really just to stop having to use ridiculous formations when I pick a random team online.
Like Napoli this year play with 3 at the back, practically 5 defensive midfielders and 2 strikers. Definitely not a good combination!

You can. How you do it depends what browser your using. In IE 8, click Tools> Explorer Bars >Favourites then add to favourites.

Ahh thanks, I knew how to bookmark it on the browser itself but I was thinking more of bookmarking on the forum because I am rarely on the same computer more than once in the same week lol.

The only way i know how to bookmark it on the forum is subscribing to the thread. Click 'thread tools' near the top of the page then click 'Subscribe to this thread' then i think it adds a link to the thread in your User CP.

The best way to keep track of threads is to go

User CP > Edit Options > Default Thread Subscription Mode > No Email Notification

You will be automatically subscribed to any thread that you start or post in. Once doing this you can click User CP at any time and a list of all the threads you are interested in will come up so you can see if there are any new posts.

See up top-right where it says #1 (permalink)?

When you click the #1 it opens just that post.
When you click on permalink, it opens the thread, but starting with the post that you clicked permalink on.

So, depending on which version you want, you can favourite just the post, or the thread by copying those links.

Yeah so you could right-click one of those and "add to favourites" if you wanted to do it that way.

I've also added a link to this thread in my sig so you can click that from any of my posts to get here.
