Transfers Stopped Working on Manager Mode

Im in my 3rd season with Southampton and the transfers seem to have broken. There is no players changing club and the players i have on the transfers list are not getting a look in.

I really dont want to start again. I need mone so I need to sell my players but know one will buy them

I have a similar issue. 1st season but I can't sell my players because everytime I access the screen where you view offers from other clubs then the game freezes and does not recover. This means I also have to replay the match I just finished because it all takes place before I get to the save screen.

that happend on my fifa 09, had 2 buy new disc

I have played 4 matches. What happens is the sim bar stops at 50% at the transferred players part for along time (about 3mins) then it will finally start going up.

Then there will be no players shown moving clubs and I will recveive no bids from other clubs???

make another mm with any team sim first match and if it happens again then u might have 2 get another disc,
if u get bids then u will need to start again

(if u dont understand that ill say it again better)

Yep it working as the transfer list was populated.

I did not say this before but when I finished my 2nd season my club budget was -£2,147,483,640

Maybe that was the bug, I did not get fired but I could continue to play matches.

OK I'm starting to think maybe you're right. Since the error only occurs when accessing the same section of data (transfer offers from other clubs), I believe that it maybe a problem accessing that part of the disk.

I took a warranty out on the disk (cost me a whopping $5) so I'll see if they'll swap it for me.

Has anyone else tried this and had it work for them?

That happened to me aswell, I had to reload. But before i did i had a look to see if i could sign people and the Negative went to positive, so in essence i had 2 billion dollars, but i had a wage budget in the negative though.

i got the same problem! budget -2 147 483 640 and transferlist doesent work!
i dont even know how it happend that i got minus budget i didnt buy any players and only signed scout players!

i am season 3 and it sucks to begin again*!

anyone knows what to do ???

This exact problem happened for me too, with -2 million odd wages budget, so I can't do lalalala anymore.
Happened at the end of my first season, I think the massive negative figures first appeared on the screen where you renew players contracts.

Please say there is a fix for this.

At least it happen at the end of the 1st season for you, I just finished the 4th season and got -2,134,768,123 in the bank and -2,000,234 wages so I now have to start all other again
