FIFA 10's Virtual Pro - Page 3

Can someone clarify something for me, please? All the articles keep saying you can take your created Pro player online in a 10 v 10 club match. Does that mean all 10 players have to play, or can you play with eg 3 created players, and the rest are the normal real-life team? It'd be terrible if all 10 players had to be created players

2 questions, 1.when playing online will it still say, "created player 1" where his name should be?

2. Can you use your pro on any other online modes apart from clubs?

Looks pretty good. Clubs and that 1 on 1 training thing will be new to me since I don't have a previous FIFA game on my 360.

I feel its a waste of time and memory and could have been spent improving the graffics in the crowd etc.... definaty could spoil the authenticity of fifa

I'm actually a little worried about this happening to me as my name is Spike and apparently you can't have Spike in any gamer tag or online name that shows in a game because it is too close to "Spik" which is a racial slur for Latinos. Absolutely stupid imo but apparently Microsoft and game producers will not be changing this so if you're named Spike you can't put your real name in!

While I can understand your view on this I've been waiting for something like this for a long long time so to me it's a great addition. Maybe EA will incorperate the idea that the host of a game online can choose to allow Virtual Pros to be used or not?

Graphics are fine and considering so many people have wanted this for so long I think it's a great idea. I mean the graphics is a nice touch but having a whole new mode that resparks some life into the already included modes is a great idea. If you don't like it you don't have to play it but I'd rather 2 new modes than slightly better graphics any day.

I haven't seen anything about your pro being able to be a goalkeeper (unless I've missed a part) So my question is can your pro be a goalkeeper in this version, since he couldn't in the previous one!

I doubt it, because I don't think they added goalkeeper controls.

But I reckon most people want to be outfielders anyway.

One thing that i dont understand very well....The photo game face and the virtual pro mode are the same thing or I will can use the photo game face without create a virtualpro??

what I understand until now about virtual pro mode is that you only could create one player (that will be associated with your account) than you can participate on BaP and online on Clubs and other thinks

I want know if we can use the photo game face in the option create a player to make more than one player....for example make player that dont are in the game, or make my brother only for play BaP dont using the same system that in the 09 (make a player manually)

it is a shame, with the buying of stats boosts..
I'm not paying extra for em, thats for sure...

What you need to do is get in with a good team online.
Get your team chemistry with all your other teammates going well.
And then it won't matter if the opposition is using boosts.
As long as your club works well together, you should be able to work together to beat boosters.

Well in a previous Thread one of the mods said that boosting your stats are only suppose to get your so far, where playing the actual game can give you better stats

Playing the Virtual Pro in any offline mode, does this mean I have the opportunity to control only him if I want to in these modes? Kind of like BAP?

So if I play a tournament with a team with my pro on, I could select to play as him and the CPU controlled the rest. Or why else would you play him in these modes if you're not in control of him? That would then mean that he will get positional rating depending on if the CPU does a good job or not.

Really hope you can choose to play only as the Pro if you want to, wasted opportunity by EA otherwise.

Hi Mike, I have few question for you and Club mode, I 'm French and Christophe Labrune who is the French Online Producer, I think you know him, no more answer us on french forum so can you help us ?

Everybody wants to know :

1. What about 85 ratings on club if we have a Virtual Pro player who we must boost him on time ?
2. Do you change the rating system on club ? All Strikers can run to 90 as FIFA09 or you change like Virtual pro and players run in relation with
weight/size ?
3. How many players can we play on club ? one per player ? if we choose Olympique Lyonnais, are they same as Real Madrid for no created players as FIFA09 or they have the real rate without 85 ratings ?
4. Can we choose other player ? C.Ronaldo or other players in real life ?

5.Can we save option match for the club to play without 4 menus where we lost our time to wait people prepare team and gets ready ?
