LOL it's ok, it took me about 15 seconds to look the list of the threads you have made. Honestly, I'm not that bothered that I lost those seconds...

What the lalalala is wrong with this forum. an innocent thread about goalkeepers quickly turns into people lalalalalaing at each other about the teams they support and threads they created in the past.

pathetic.

He doesn't come here that often. If he did then he would know. lol.

I know now that this has allready been confirmed, so to all of you who find this thread frustrating, I totally get what you're saying. I hate spammers and pointless threads. I did search the forums before posting. I searched for the following words, if I can remember correctly, "Goalkeeper, Red, Card". I didnt see any threadds about this So I thougth I could include that in my post.

Looking at my post I reilize now that it was very much based on the GK getting sent off... Which wasn't really what my point was. I was just wondering what you guys thought the 1-on-1 situations with the GK would be like. Do you think he'll fall for every move if you time it correctly? Is he gonna play dirty and go for late tackles to stop you from scoring?

When playing '09, I hardly ever just shoot the ball straight in when 1-on-1. I always attempt some sort of skill to make my opponent look silly, which sometimes can result in losing a 100% goal opportunity, but I don't care. It's just a game. In FIFA 09, the GK's are very hard to beat, compared to the GK's in EURO 2008. I wonder how difficult it will be in FIFA 10.

For the first time in FIFA history I think we will really see a BIG difference between the goalkeepers abillity to get the ball or make a save. In 09, you could sort of divide the goalkeepers into three different levels... Good, Avarage, Bad... The good goalkeepers would make crazy saves no matter the situation. If they got on really high rated skill(dicing, GK reflexes etc.) they'd be amazing. At least that's what it looks like to me. I dont' know if you guys get what I'm trying to say here. My post has allready been way longer than i planned.

I think goalkeepers that are really good at, say diving, isn't necessarily very good at 1-on-1 situations. I think we will see this reflected in the game, which is great!

And again, sorry for not doing proper research before posting this thread. I know how frustrating it might be an I apologize for that.

Later

I think people mean when the GK grabs someone's legs and they don't get a red card.

To make it fair, triangle should activate a GK grab. If you time it right, he will grab the ball, but if you time it wrong he'll foul the player in the box and get a yellow/red.
