Wepeeler I need to congratulate you and Chris Davies on asking stuff about the MM that all of us , MM enthusiasts, want to but can't. Here are some interesting questions for you to ask mr. Kuhn:
1. Is it gonna be possible for the scouted players to, at least, have appropriate names according to where they are coming from? E.g. If I scout a player from Africa I don't want him to be named Sunji Yakitore or Niko Gudjohnson, but an appropriate african name like the real african players have. 2. Will some of our players become unavailable at some matches because of "national team duties"? 3. Will we get any good celebrations after the winning of a cup or a promotion? 4. Since one of the main targets of the FIFA team is "full immersion in a football world when playing the Manager Mode" are we gonna see a true to life football atmosphere when playing important matches, derbys, etc. ? 5. Will we be able to make transfers adding players that we own into our offer? 6. Is fan support still gonna play an important part on our managerial career? 7. Finally, are we gonna be able to see the scorers, the stats and the league tables of the other leagues apart from our own, to know what's going on in the rest of the football world? I think atmosphere could be improved by the level of sound. For instance I remember older FIFAs when you could feel the difference between playing in a League 2 ground or Anfield. And the difference between playing home or away, when scoring away the stadium just fell silent! |

What's the significance of playing MM for 15 seasons on one file? The youngest players in the game are around 16-17 and by the end of the game they'll be around 31-32. Clubs usually have an average or so age of 26 through out the squad - they'll be near 40 by the end of it all.

One question i have is, will injuries be more realistic? Players get injured, are out for 1 or 2 games and then they are back. Will there be longer injuries, eg players out for 10 months with an ACL ect?
Another Idea - Board expectations are good, and you have to meet them to stay employed and raise the manager prestige, but they should also have Fan support of the manager, Fan Expectations and Info, eg fans favorite player, fans least liked player or the player fans think is overrated (they may not have one) and expectations like the fans expect the team to avoid relegation or to win the league. So giving the fan favorite game time (even if he isnt one of the best players on the team) will increase the fan support for the manager. Last edited by juniornicklos; 18-06-2009 at 02:04 AM. |

hi, i have a question that i'd like answered if possible.
The most important feature to me would be multi-team manager mode. Meaning u can control more than one team in any league. This would allow for you and your friends to start in a league together and compete against each other for promotion, relegation, cups, and even get into bidding wars over players. is this possibly going to be in Fifa10? is it ever going to be a feature? i'd figure it wouldn't be too hard to implement, simply switch controled team (depending on who has the next scheduled match). If and when the teams are in different leagues it would have to run more simming stuff, but that should be too big a problem either? |

One thing I've always thought would be good in Manager mode is that if you start with a team that, in the real world, made it into Europe then your first season would include European competition.
It didn't seem to make much sense to start playing as Barcelona, Man United, Inter or any other winner of their league and find that you had no European football in your first season. |

will auto growth be correct this time?
personally i use manual growth as i prefer my players to have more skill and not end up all really fast. also will they stop being upgraded in useless areas? for example i dont want growth points on GK for a ST! many of us use manual growth as a way of making the game more of a challenge too. if my team is doing well by january i dont even bother using my EXP for the rest of the season. please bear in mind that the views of the forum probably only represent 2% of actual worldwide users. taking away features from games is never a good idea. why not leave in both. i know a lot of people moan about it being too easy - but if that is the case UP your difficulty level - and many of those people are the guys that set fatigue to 10 etc... MM is a way we can make the game how we want - so please do not take away all that flexability. personally i would leave in manual growth - a lot of us use it and prefer it that way! i tend to leave growth for 6 matches or so and then do a kind of simulated training - for example mentality training where i use all the points aquired to upgrade mentality attributes etc. will weather be right this time? i.e. variable?

i would also like a feature for me to say i want to be in CL or europa cup in the first year. i just started a new MM with united and they arent even in the CL...
playing the odd euro game is a nice break from the EPL. i know this isnt realistic but this is a game - and games are about enjoyment. you seem to be taking away flexibility with a lot of these new features.
