*sigh* I just got FIFA 10 buy trading in Dragon age. All I knew was the scores for the game. How can it have a metacritic score of 90 with all of these bugs? I was just looking to see if you can change your manager difficulty after you start ,cuz mine is to easy now, and I find out that the game is just riddled with bugs. T_T I WANT MY DRAGON AGE BACK!!

NotaViking, I have the same issue that you have. I have a manager mode game with Newcastle. I'm on barclay's premier league on my second season, and about the 10 matches of league I always have the problem that you have. When I finished to play the match, the screen freezes and it's impossible to do anything. The only solution is to shut down the Xbox360. I have had to begin a new manager mode, now in the spanish league with Real Sociedad and but the moment I didn't have any problem...

EA we want a patch for Manager Mode NOW!!!!

my freezing problem seems to have disappeared if i log into live everytime to play manager mode. as soon as i disconnect from live it goes back to freezing again.

I'm gonna try the low-def99 solution with the game that I have the freezing problem. I usually play without being connected to xbox live, because I'm silver, but I'm gonna try that solution

I'm guessing the answer to this question will be no, but I'm going to ask anyway.

Is there any way that I can influence the weather conditions in MM? I hate playing in the rain because the ball doesn't move very well and the snow with light kits can be annoying.

I heard there's a glitch which works on the 360. In MM goto the pre-match screen which says the tod/weather i.e Night/Rainy. Then exit to the main menu and goto Exhibition match then select any teams then change the weather to Dry in match settings then go back to MM.

Ive tried this on the PS3 and it didn't work. I tried different stadiums such as Old Trafford and some generics but it just stayed on Overcast/Rain for the next match.

Note to players with MM freeze bug: Deleting FIFA 10 settings (directly from memory) in order to attempt to fix it, is a bad idea. Now my MM-save freezes my Xbox when I even try to load it -_-

Seriously would people mind telling if they've had this bug or not so I can get an idea on how common it is? I'm not really turned on by the idea of starting a new save game if there's a high probability that this will just happen again.

Im currently on Season 5 (PS3 version) and haven't had the freeze bug yet. What freeze bug are you having exactly? The post match freeze or freezing during the simulation process.

There seems to be a higher probability of it happening on the 360 than PS3 as i haven't heard of any PS3 users say they've the post match freeze.

EA's lack of support on this problem is dreadful. The customer services just tell people to clean their disc or check for unlicenced peripherals connected to the console and the devs just say post the details so we can re-create the steps but nothing gets done. Maybe by Fifa 12 they might finally get to the root cause and fix it.

That was definitely possible on fifa09 but I have a feeling it doesn't work on fifa10. I'll give it another go anyway

Socdk- As far as MM freezing goes I've had a match freeze at the final whistle before but I'm guessing you mean a freeze in the menu when you go to play the next match.

As an avid offline football sim player its refreshing to see this once stickyed thread that was more than likely a big selling point for diehard MM fans, now being swept under the rug like EAs commitment to customer support. You guys just keep making my decisions on what I purchases more and more easier.

Im sure this has already been asked, and preemptively apologize for repeatinh someone however i would appreciate an answer. I am in the middle of my second season for Juventus and just created Zinedine Zidane as a "Create a Player" option. As of now he is a free agent, however how do i pick him up for juventus. If i put him on the squad..will he suddenly pop on manager mode? or is there a way i can pick him up durin transfer season? or if can i put him on a random crappy team and pick him up there? I would really appreciate any help here. Thank You guys.

Feedback has already been sent to the development team about Manager Mode based on comments made by community members and will be taken into consideration. However, as has already been announced, there will be no further game updates to FIFA 10.

Due to this the thread will be closed so that the forum can function effectively.
