Default Windows 7 Online Problem

So I emailed the EA Sport Customer Service
and to my surprise they actually replied within 3 hours, now they are giving me a response per day untill my problem is solved. Until now the Support has been telling me to use compatability mode and make exceptions in the firewall, all of which i have done. But now they are taking some action, this is the latest message i have received from them

Hi,

Thank you for writing to Electronic Arts customer support.

To assist you in correct manner I am forwarding your issue to next level of CSRs for further review. They will get back to you as soon as possible. We appreciate your time and patience in this matter.

Thank you,

Carol
EA Online Support

I have the same problem as many other people. Where on windows 7 i can access online, change the teams, formations, but when the blue loading bar comes up, when it gets to the end the game crashes. Well if anyone figures out this problem before EA find out, keep us all posted on this thread.

Dont hold your breath.
They are either patching the servers or making a monster 993 gigs patch to fix all fifas problems and graphics issues. By the time they have fifa 10 at a respectable level we will all be playing PES

So if you buy a game you should read the system requirements before you buy it =) I am really not a big fan of FIFA10 and I think that it's not worth 50€ but you can't blame EA for your mistakes.

I HAVE FOUND A SOLUTION FOR THOSE PEOPLE USING WINDOWS 7 THAT CANT PLAY ANY GAMES
What you do, first go to kick off, start any random game, play for 2 seconds then quit. Go onto online and try and play a game, and it works, 100% of the time (2out of 2 for me so far). But just had a little problem with my stats. But im just assuming there is a delay and it wont update for some time. I cant believe it, first match in, (wasnt expecting it to work) beat this guy 2-1 when i went down 1-0 in the 45th minute. XD
Im pretty sure my method works pretty well, but it will get annoying, EA WE WANT PATCH
I hope i helped

Sorry i cant help, but ill see what i can do
Well you can always try playing a bit longer into kick-off then exiting
I mean the first time i played 4 manager mode games before trying online and it worked, nearly fell out of my seat
When exactly does your game crash?
