Hi all
new to this forum millaurkey!! but had to try and help others with my experiences.
I have vista 64 and windows 7 and neither would work for online play although i did have some joy but wasnt worth the effort as it was alot more miss than hit when connecting for online games.
I tried everything and unfortunatley the only thing that has worked successfully is installing xp had no probs since the graphics arnt as good but they arnt that good anyway.
The game itself in my opinion is good enough I would give it 8/10 I havnt seen on ps3 or xbox im pc only ,

SO XP service pack 2 atleast is option if your desperate like i was I'm thinking vista and windows 7 is problem with internet explorer and probly ea not testing properly

I'm not quite sure what Vista I have, how I would I find out?
(Might sound stupid but I'm no wiz at computers)

Hello everyone,

After tried many suggestions, my successfull solution was: to format my Windows VISTA Ultimate SO and reinstall the Windows XP SP3. After that, installed the flash player latest version and activated windows update to install all updatings. However, I did NOT install the Ie7/Ie8!!!

The Appcrash problem has just gone!!! Finally I will play this bug game!

I did this after read the minimum requirements of the game which says for SO: XP (SP3) / Vista (SP2). As I know XP is more stable, so I preferred reinstall the XP version.

I hope I can help many of you.

And FIFA11??? No more!!!

So, is there any "definitive" solution (besides EA getting ther butts to work on a patch)? Besides this problem, i've been having the "cd-key error", but i think i've solved it. So since i installed Fifa on a fresh Win7 install, i could re-install windows also again. The question is which windows? I have 8gb ram, so i rather use a 64-bit OS cause i don't want to just throw away 5GB of ram...

Hi Guys! I went on ESL to ask a question, with "FIFA10.exe stopped working" problem. Then DeNy gave me an answer, That I need to upload my graphic card drivers to newest. So I did it and my Fifa10 is working online, So I can play, try to upload ur graphic card drivers to newest, maybe it could help. greez

NrgBaller: I have tried but it crashes directly when I start with the razor-file.
I have also deleted the .dll file... but no progress...

I'am really disappointed of EA... why can't they solve this... bought a game for ONLINE gaming but it doesn't work :-(
I would be like buying a car but they have forgotten the wiring to the radio unit... or something like that =) Bad metafor... but still so lalalalaed...

To express myself in swedish words: faaaaaaaaaan (means damn)

Why does it work for some ppl and for other (like me)...

The solution works for me: Vista 64 and GeForce 9800 GT - go to nvidia.com and update for the latest GeForce video drivers. Important: make sure you are downloading Vista 64 drivers. Sounds strange, but the problem was not in the network or OS, just in video

I was crashing every time i tried to play online. I turned down my graphics (everything was all the way up) and lowered my resolution. Now everything works fine (but it doesn't look as good as I'd like). It worked fine before in offline, but for some reason not in online. I have a great pc and still had the problem.
My specs:
nvidia 8800gt
quadcore q6600
3gb ram
xp sp3

Try changing some display settings if you are having the problem. Hope this helps someone because I spent a lot of hours trying to fix mine before I though about that.
