Bargain players with good ratings

does anyone know any good players that are cheap or are free agents?

im currently barnet in manager mode, im trying to make them a 5 star team to achieve the pheonix from ashes trophy.

ok ive made £4 million
but my wage budget is £690 i no it sucks, im barnet, they were a 1 star team but now they are 2 star.
its really difficult to get decent players.

moussa sissoko

age 19 and overall is 75

cost about 1.5 million pounds and hes wages are really cheap aswell

plays for touluse in the french first divsion

just search in the transfer list, it isn't hard to find very good young players.

I would recommend scouting and looking for players who are about 30 years old, usually an older player will cost less than a younger player who has the same rating.
