[PS3] Joining Hosted Games

I have downloaded the patch last night. And tried playing online.

entered the lobbies. Saw a hosted match. and tried joining it..

at which point it asked me to check the squads, i click yes.

then it goes to the team page.

once in there.. it doesnt allow you to change teams. it just shows your opponents name. but if you try changing teams nothing happens. you hear the click but nothing changes.

why is this still happening? and is anyone else having this issue???
