I haven't been able to generate my gameface on the website because it uses some Microsloft product which isn't functioning through my browser (and I'm not going to fix the problem, f--kit).

However, I would guess that the whole thing is a waste of time and money for EA/FIFA because it's not going to satisfy anyone and secondly, people can make adequate faces using the game's player edit studio.

Maybe EA figures they can make money off a virtual football player's world like on HOME or whatever. If they make it easy and accurate enough in the future, maybe it would be profitable somehow. I can't forecast, but it seems like a waste of time.

makes me wonder if someone is using this software for virtual sex. surely accuracy isn't an issue there.

Sorry if this has been adressed, but I haven't seen this one yet:

I cannot even get past the part where you DL their program and then see the 3D image spinning.

First of all I've got a PC that is less than a year old with a dual core Pentium processor (2.5ghz X 2) and 4gb of RAM so I KNOW it is not my computer itself. It's got a decent graphics card as it was marketed as a "great media center PC" when I bought it. The ONLY time I ever have this (or any issue ever, really) issue is when trying to create a game face on EA football World.

This is on Windows Vista home premium 64 bit.

When I get to the part about seeing the "3D graphic" and waiting for it to load (after downloading whatever program they prompt me to) my monitor starts going on and off at random, then an error message "display driver has recovered from an error" and then the screen freezes. The PC waits a minute then automatically shuts down to protect itself.

What gives? I cannot even create my face on the PC to upload to my XBox 360?!

I never had such problems with the game face feature on Tiger Woods 09/10.

Just thought I'd update and say that the same lalalalalalalala occurs with either Internet Explorer or Firefox, so it's not the browser either.

I may be a sad individual for looking forward to game face so much, but it's a part of why I was anticipating FIFA 10 - it absolutely SUCKS ASSS that I cannot even get the stupid program to work on my PC. It's about as glitchy as some of the online matchmaking lobbies! NOLOL!!!

It seems to be a vista problem m8, i had the same problems,swapped onto my wifes laptop(windows xp) and it worked no probs!

can i ask a simple question ea? why cant we adjust the angle of the ears and size of the head? although facially my game face looks like me, my ears are not stuck to my head,and my head isnt that shape!

Not sure whether this is the right place to post this, as there isnt a help section in clubs section and this is were i think i might get some help as the problem involes my VP !

Since last few days, i have got a problem. While playing clubs, i either get a black screen or rest of the players in my screen just stand still while my VP keeps running to the end of pitch and keeps running motion near the advertising board [ i can't contol him at his time].The timming of the problem varies, can be at 20 min,50min,70min etc .. Once my whole clubs memebers had a black screen after a cutscene but it was alright after a few seconds for them [ match continued for them] but i was stuck with the black. I tried to play in new account, it was alright for a couple of games but had the same problem after it. I have noticed that i only have this problem when a particular person is the captain because i have played in the same team [after having the problem] wen another person was captain and was able to complete game without any problem. i have played for different clubs using same account and didnt have any problem. So is it because that particular person being the captain ? But i have completed games without any problems wen that particular person is captain as well. Please someone help as i get 3.0 rating wen i have this problem ! lol not because of that .. i play stricker in the club, so wen i have this problem the player that controls ANY gets the control of my VP and its hard for him to ANY and control a ST and it might cost us a game [havent cost us yet though] ..

Any Help ??

Are they using Custom Tactics on the Quick Tactics?

Had exactly the same problem in our club, that whenever a captain selected quick tactics, a few of our team would lose control of their players (actually switching control to their team in process), everyone else stands still, and when the ball went out the screen goes black.


I've posted a few comments about this, but EA are resorting to burying their head in the sand & ignoring the problem - another, technically game breaking bug.

Club Game-Face also seems to be completely broken, but they're ignoring that one too.



So, I'll ask - probably in vein - again.

EA - Care to comment on either of those points?

I have a problem.. When I download my game face into the game, my players looks like he wore a white mask. In other words, his face is white but the rest of his head and body is "normal".

All EA does is tell you to delete your Virtual Pro when having problems playing clubs games. This is the wrong answer, because when you delete your Pro, your clubs experience is fine for a few days and then back to bugging out. Yeah, EA should get a patch out to fix it, but shouldn't these type of things not EXIST IN A FINAL RELEASE VERSION of a game???? I could understand if this were Guitar Hero Van Halen, which people received free with a purchase of Guitar Hero 5. BUT I PAID FOR FIFA 10 and all that it was advertised to be and when the main multiplayer online mode is BROKEN, people deserve QUICK answers. I thought there was an EA TEAM in place to fix things and answer major issues quickly, seems like this has been going on for weeks now and still nothing. Thanks, EA, you are a shining example of what's wrong with businesses and the world's economy: Overpriced low quality products.

I've been ranking my VP up a lot, and ive gotten to a point where if i play one more game with him i will get an accomplishment

however upon finishing any game, just before man of the match appears the accomplishment window appears on top, but my game FREEZES, evry time. Now i can only (theoretically) play a game where i dont get an accomplishmnet for finishing the game, and whats the point in that!

Any help would be appreciated.

Hey. I have a player rating problem on both pro ranked match and on BAP. I usually try to follow the arrows when I'm running around with my pro and usually never get less than 6.0 in rating. But lately I've noticed in the match that I've suddenly for no reason lost my rating and it goes down to 4.0 or something, and all I see with the negative and positive thing is that something like -defence or something (I usually play striker), and I don't do anything wrong. So all my ratings lately have been very poor, not because of how I play but some bug or something. I've looked around and no one else seems to have this problem. Kind of weird I think as I havn't done anything special, the rating just out of nothing drops from 8-10 to 4-5.
Here's a screenshot of a recent match I played, and I only got -position like one or two times in the match, so this is just stupid. LINK (sorry for the bad quality, took the pic with my phone)
As you can see, 1 goal, 22 passes, 63% pass success (usually it's more than this), 2 shots and 1 goal.
Does someone have a good explanation to why this is happening to me? It's been like this for the last 10 games or so I've played with my pro, don't get this problem in MM.

Hi there, my Virtual Pro does not appear in Xbox Live Matches and is not available in the ´team management´ screen...

It is possible to play with my Virtual Pro offline though...

Does anyone know more about this problem?

The face of my VP doesn't appear at the bottom of the screen in the menus (picture is just pixelated of colours). Also I can't seem to unlock some of the accomplishments in the Arena. Chipped pen, curled free-kick, driven free-kick, all these I have done but still don't get the accomp.

I'd be surprised if no-one else has had this problem.
I changed the name of my Virtual Pro before turning off the console, going to bed...

Anyway, next time I turned the game on I went to my manager mode and it was BROKEN. Some of the players have -110378 overalls and were place in ramdom postions with blue colour (compared to yellow for defenders,etc.)
and my virtual pro was 70 from 76. When i went to my team selection the game froze.
I cannot now play my Charlton manager mode that i spent loads of time on and my player has become 70 from 76!

I am FURIOUS!

Surely i should be able to change my virtual pro's name without it messing everything up.

Why has this happened!

Any fixes for these issues, as we are having these issues with our club. It seems to be the same 2 or 3 guys within our club that are getting booted from XBOX live and the club game. Their XBOX freezes up, and we get stuck with the lose. Thanks in advance.
