Manager mode dissapoints me badly :(

I loved in 08 and 09 you could train the stats of players. The most fun is taking a a low team and creating drogba and messi clones in 3/4 seasons time. I really don't understand why it is taken away from the game, because if you don't like that you could just turn auto growth on..basicly how it is now..

Also the 'form' is really annoying. I guess this is implemented to make it 'realistic' but if you play manager mode in fifa soccer this is not what you seek. You want to take low level team and win the champions league..or collect your favorite players..It is also implemented badly. If a player is out of form he will not be less strong of less fast. I can imagine a player will be worse in finishing or positioning etc..but not physical aspects.

When i read the box 50 improvements on manager mode i was really excited, but i don't see myself playing this longer then a few days.
