@EA- We've had enough...

I've been on Ultimate Team since about a day after its release and put up with all the bugs and glitches and whatnot associated with your public beta. I've had a hell of a lot of fun, don't get me wrong, but you don't seem to appreciate the fact that everyone here has had it with the collection debacle.

Everyone on the forums here knows that the collection is impossible to complete, or thereabouts. It's no secret, but we've spent countless hours checking and re-checking the trade market hoping to spot these elusive few because you promised us they exist (in fact you even told us you'd corrected the rarity of these players!). 6 months later, a huge number of UT players, ridiculous hours spent scouring the market, astronomical numbers of packs opened, and not one full collection... something's just not right there.

I can speak only for myself, but I'm sure everyone shares my sentiment when I say enough is enough. You've told us it's already possible; and we know you can add in players if you've made a gaffe; and quite frankly I think we're all past caring if you've made a mistake by excluding these players... but for goodness sake make it possible NOW. Add in the players if you've forgotten them, inject a number of them into the market, or increase their probability significantly so that we can all get these players and fill those collections before FIFA10 erases any desire to switch back to its predecessor.

The new version is out in 2 weeks, effectively meaning we've only got that long left to go on UT09 til our patience wears thin. We've been dedicated devotees and consumers of your product, and the least you can offer us in reward is the immense satisfaction that a full collection would bring us. With no updates from Shepherd since June 24th and very little feedback from EA on these forums I'm not holding my breath, but I truly hope this doesn't fall on deaf ears because I'm sure you're better than that. Time to come through with that promise-
Make 100% Collection Possible

tl;dr- Post here if you agree EA owes it to us to assist us in completing our 99% collections!

i've been around the 80% mark for a while now but don't see the point of searching for the rest and getting to 99% if 100% was possible then i would've tried ages ago..

I for one agree completely with what you have said and think you have put it extremely well.

I think anyone in our position (or others if they would) should email your letter to EA and hopefully we can get this resolved.

I am extremely old school and I will not start something new until the old is finished. I WILL NOT be buying '10 until '09 is finished

Spot on chuzz I am not the best writer so i will not get all wordy but i feel you brother.
My next question is how old are you and i only ask because i have no problems telling you i am an old head(33) and these things you will get used to when dealing with EA as a whole. I only drop by from time to time to check on the status of 100% completion and would love to give somebody the congrats for a job well done.Alas no one can complete the job because its impossible.
Today i checked the trades and bought loads of contracts for all my players and HC.
I just use UT09 for 10 practice with all manual settings saved on those accounts.
But trade is bare no formation cards hardly any players ..........just DEAD.

Very passionate post on your part and i share your sentiments and have some of my own, but this is EA bro and something as trivial as a few of keypresses on there part to insure that a couple of members complete collection.

Is just that to EA: Trivial ...........Shame really!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just a buzz kill that after 5 months of playing this game EA would rather us forget about it and abondon the quest,beacuse everyone is salavating over how much 10 will rake in over the next Three months.

It scares me how much time I have spent looking for these six. I'm amazed the other half hasn't walked out on me. She's certainly embarrased me enough in front of my mates.

Suckas like me actually and that was atleast 2 months ago only to sit back and wait for cards to never appear.Just bad business pratice i am done i want to keep my account will beahve now must not make MODS angry........

I would have loved to finish this whole game 100% too.

I've managed to get 1,250 Gamerscore on the game.
Win all the tournaments.
Break the top 1,000 in the rankings.
Make my perfect squad...apart from Jovetic who I can't get hold of.

But this damn collection is stopping me doing everything I wanted. Very very annoying.

Why does it make you feel good to complete any game? Why climb a mountain? Why swim the channel?

(obviously not comparing mountain climbing or swimming the channel to completing the collection...
