Offline tounaments - how?

I've seen people talking about offline or club tournaments, how is this done? if i play an online tournament, then odviously its online against a geezer. but i don't understand that when i play a club tournament, its also against another geezer. i wilalalala wasn't cos i'm lalalala!

offline tournaments are against the CPU not a "geezer"

Once you are on the screen where you pick a tourmanent scroll through the different tournaments and look how they change from 'Online' and 'Offline'.. then pick the 'Offline' and you will play against the CPU.

It's "Online" and "Club"

But yeah as he said you need to scroll through the cups via RT or R2 (Hint: Every other trophy is a "Club" Tournament) and it'll tell you above the trophy on the left hand side whether it's one or the other. It's simple when you know and you feel like a tool for needing to ask......I was the same =D

Thanks for the correction... I was guessing... I also had the same problem at first... They should have just divided them between online/offline at a menu level.

But it's hard to judge the intelligence level of some of the users on here (Not aimed at the OP)

Same here, was like "Go into club tournament, select tournament, come up against an online user.....*** Let me play against the computer damn you :'("

Then a mate told me and I was like......"Ooooook then "
