Game freeze ultimate team (Xbox 360)

My game used to freeze at the start screen with ronaldinho on it until i deleted my settings file which seemed to fix it

now I have had UT since Thursday and the majority of those days the servers have been down but I was enjoying the game when I could. Then last night when I went to my teams line up in UT, the game completely freezes and locks up and it is doing it every time. It is also occuring on the team stats team when u scroll down.

Please can someone from EA give me a reply to let me know that something is being done about this problem or that it will be fixed shortly, I don't have any intentions of wanting to delete my team as I was enjoying it and don't see why I should have to start again after i've paid money for it.

Every thread i've read about games freezing there hasn't been much reply from EA, just please fix my game or I request a refund please.
