Tortugas Ninja!

I am curious about a sentence in mexican-spanish commentary. I am not a spanish speaker but switched to it because I got sick of the english and spanish sounds much more exciting. Especially when you score! The commentator seems to repeat a sentence with the words 'tortugas ninja' in it a lot (that was what my roommate could decipher). I am very curious to know what the rest of the sentence means, and how the game relates to ninja turtles?
