Freezing during loading...HELP!!!

Hey guys the other day my fifa 09 started freezing on the loading screens just after the fifa logo screen fades (after ea sports logo), the screen goes black and you can hear the sound effect that the xbox makes when you press the dashboard button on the controller but nothing appears on the screen. Also, the dvd drive spins down and stops reading the dislalalalauttons work whatsoever and the only way to get away from the black screen is to eject or turn off/on!
I have tried it with a brand new copy of fifa 09, reset the cache, disconnected wireless adapter, removed storage devices etc. etc. but nothing works! It only happens with this game like my 360 has a new found fifa-phobia!
I couldn't find anything like this posted anywhere else so I thought I'd see if anyone else had come across the problem...

This happens to my ps3 only in my james bond quantom of solace game...it just stops
Must be the Over use of the System.

It Happens When I Try Usiong My Spurs Manager Mode Im Lucky I Can Make A new One etc And I Can Still Play The Game

thats a known bug with MM

OP your xbox may be telling you its not well. do any other games work?

At least you can get into the game menus and try to load something! I dont even get to the Ronaldinho screen! :S

All of my other games work absolutely fine. It's just Fifa 09 it doesn't like!

hi dont worry this happened to me on my ps3, every time i get to the third game of the fifth season it will freeze after the game when the question come up it will freeze for no reason!. Now mine was on ps3 and it was on manager mode so it might be different to you, but EA are aware of it happening and are going to fix it for Fifa 10, im not sure bout fifa 09 though sorry

I haven't been using it much recently...when I was using it way too much it was still fine...this just seems like some crazy random thing that just happened. Did you figure out a way around it or are you resigned to not playing that game again?!

That's the thing though, before it used to load up fine and I had no problems in game but now I can't even load the game I can't even get to the 'press start' screen! It asks for my language, I select English (have tried all others) then it says 'EA sports, It's in the game' then fifa logo screen then freeze every time!
