Be a Pro captain :S

Well as i started a new be a pro season i tryed to click on : Team management, but whenever i do this i get this message: You need to be the first team captain etc... and I have been playing like 4 matches and in the papernews they wrote that there was a new leader ( my name) and when i play i have the yellow tape with a C on.. but however i can't fix the teams? what is this and yes i have a custom made player .. So whats up :S ?

And yeah this dream team lalalala annoys me too on Live!!!

BTW: I ha ve xbox 360 pro any suggestions on why i cant get the captain boosts?

you have to be first team captain not reserve captain

you need to be promoted to the first team and after so many seasons you will be made captain
