I posted this in a different thread but it looks like this one is more appropriate.

Five Questions for EA re FIFA 2010
1. EVENING UP THE TOP TEAMS - Why do EA continue to make the CL winner the best team?? Chelsea proved that are on pair with Barcelona, Porto proved they're as capable as Man U.

2. LIVE WEATHER ONLINE - Will Rain, Snow, Wind be available online?

3. BETTER GK CONTROL - Can we now tell a keeper to dive left or right in general play?

4. CUT SCENES - Are they finally a thing of the past in FIFA 2010?

5. FIX PLAYER SPEED - It's obvious EA continue to make the players playing for the best teams faster then the rest - which is STUPID. See Patrice Evra in FIFA 09 - He is not that quick! I know of players who play as low as the 3rd division quicker then almost every MAN U and Barca Player.

and finally - the big one...

WILL EA STOP DETERMINING HOW GOOD A TEAM IS BY THE SPEED OF THEIR PLAYERS???

hi, im new on here to, can you tell me why when i deleted my ultimate team i did not get a gold player in my new stsrter pack, when according to the ea podcast i would?
Only i had a half decent team and feel i have been cheated out of an offer that may never have existed

any help would be great

That is an excellent post. The speed thing really does need addressing. Make it about skill and quality rather than just running past defenders. It will upset the Ronaldo lalalalalas but that can only be a good thing

I read an interview about fifa 09 just before it came out saying that you were trying to make a football simulator but were trying to also keep it fun. FOOTBALL IS FUN YOU MORONS. IT IS FUN WHEN IT IS CLEVER. WHEN PEOPLE CAN SCORE BY HOLDING R AND THROUGH BALLING IT TO THE STRIKER IT LOSES ITS APPEAL. GET SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHY THE GAME IS CALLED "The Beautiful Game" TO MAKE THE lalalalaING GAME. FIRE THE CRAKCJOBS WHO MADE THE OTHER FIFA GAMES. For those people who know how to play football, this game is absolute RUBBISH. If Lionel Messi his lalalalaing self played Fifa 09, he'd probably lose half his games. Get some input from FOOTBALLERS! What a lalalalaing concept. Don't quit your day jobs, boys.

So today I tried to bring my saved Be a Pro file from my apartment's PS3 to my home PS3. I copied it onto an external hardrive and put it onto my home PS3. The problem is that when I go to load it in game, it will not let me because "the profile names are not the same" or something. The PS3 at my apartment is my roomates and is under his profile name all the time, and I have my own on this ps3 at home.

However, when I tried this same thing (to bring a saved file from the apartment to the house ps3) with a different game (Fallout 3), it worked. Why is it not working here and how can I fix this?

Hi.

In fifa 2009, FC Porto have only 4 stars, and teams like VillaReal and Atletic Madrid have 4 stars and half.

Does anyone who works at EA Sports watch Uefa Champions League....? or have any knowledge of football ?

This is an insult to portuguese fans of FC Porto.

Im expecting this to change in the next FIFA 2010.

Hello, Ive updated The Manager Mode Glitches thread and highlighted the MM glitches which i know you've fixed for Fifa 10. The others im not sure about, so if you could take a look at the non highlighted ones and address as many as possible.

I am not sure if you are even checking this anymore, given how few people actually report glitches, but I have had one that is making me crazy! I have spent an inordinate amount of time updating my rosters since the Winter Update, and now some of the best players have disappeared or more specifically have become anonymous goalkeepers!

You should be aware that I have customised my squads extensively by creating a number of teams from the Russian Premier League and Argentina, mostly by assigning players from national squads to a club of my choosing. I have therefore replaced the Polish and Irish Leagues. I first noticed when I was creating Tomas Necid of CSKA Moscow; I noticed that he already existed on the game because he had been on Slavia Praha prior to the winter update but now that he was on a team not associated with Fifa 09, he was located on "Teamnameabrir" and some numbers. I couldn't move him, so I just created a new one.

Well, over the past month or so I have been maintaining all the updates from the summer transfer window, and trust me, it has taken a lot of time. So it was very frustrating to find that when I last went to reorganise my Chelsea squad after the transfer of Yuri Zhirkov, three players on the starting squad had disappeared. Or as I said before, they became GKs with no identity or nationality, and if I try to edit them, they are locked as such, with just a floating head and shoes. Now, if it had been a second rate player, that's one thing. But I've lost Didier Drogba, Frank Lampard, and John Obi Mikel(That I know of). I attempted to search for them, and it tells me they are located on "Teamnameabrir1816..." and cannot be moved from that team. I even tried to send Lampard from the English national team, and he still doesn't register with Chelsea. When I attempted to play a game with this team, they simply weren't there.

Now I feel that all the time and effort I have put in was a waste, and that I have no choice but to create a poor facsimile of these players with rating around 70 just to have them. I really don't want to start from scratch. I understand that EA would like to sell the upcoming edition, but I still want to update my old game in real time.

If you have any idea how to remove those players from their locked position or to bring them back, it would make me a lot happier. It may seem silly to my wife, but it's important to me!!

defenders should automatically stay on the goal side of the attacker. anything else is bulllalalala. learn how to play football

Since I couldn't tolerate not having Lampard and Drogba on my game, I recreated them with the Create-a-player option. Best I could figure, and placed them on Chelsea, removing the corrupted players from my lineup.

Unfortunately, now I can't even play a game with or against Chelsea because once the pre-game loading begins in the training area, it never moves on to loading the game. If I score, or the balls goes out of bounds, it freezes the game and I have to restart. Good luck with this one, I am about to give up ever using Chelsea again.
