How do i change my NAT Settings?

can any1 tell me how to change my Nat settings as i cannot play every1 becos of it. My NAT Settings are currently strict and i need to change my NAT Settings to open.

try turning your internet router off leave for 30secs then turn on,,, go on test connection on your xbox and see if it changes if not then this website should help alot...
