Default Winter Roster Update

*UPDATE* - The roster update is now available to download. To download and use the update offline you will need to download the latest Adidas Live Season Update.

Downloading the latest Adidas Live Season update will download the whole winter roster update, which includes teams and leagues not covered by Adidas Live Season. Having to download the ALS update is just the delivery platform.

Unfortunately we just identified an issue in the roster update which will delay the release of the winter roster update.

I'm sure this is disappointing for you all - but as it introduced a bug with player names we thought it best to fix it before letting it into the wild.

Apologies again for the delay. As soon as it's ready we'll let you know.

D

Great, at least we know you guys are trying hard and that a bug stopped the game from being updated today, good luck and hope you fix the bug swiftly.

Well im not dissapointed. With so many bugs ALREADY in fifa 09 we dont need any more. Please make 100% sure that the patch is bug free we already have too many bugs in Fifa 09, Rather delay the release of the patch then to release a faulty patch early and then keep working to release another patch to fix the bugs lol.

But we could've been told this earlier? People were really waiting to get the patch today.

Thanks Dave. I'm just happy that your taking the time to fix the bugs in it.

Another great thing is that you've come on at this time to tell us, Good work.

"When will we get it?"

At this point I don't know.
The bug was found minutes before it was going live.
It'll require QA etc once the bug is fixed - so I'd anticipate being early next week.

Again - my apologies.

Another post to elevate the amount of "where is the update" threads.

David I understand that you are working to sort the bug out and will let us know asap, however you fail to mention how long the expected delay will be?

Also just out of curiosity when was the update meant to be released prior the finding of the bug?

Early next week as in Monday, Tuesday? Or the week after?

Again Im sure the avid fifa 09 fans on here appreciate the communication as to whats happening. Thats all we need, we dont mind it being delayed as long as we are kept in the know.
