I have a question. Is it possible for a EA to fix the servers so that you don't have to forward your ports because I can't even play most of my friends online ok PS3 and I'm not sure how to forward your ports. Especially because my router is TalkTalk SmartAx mt882. If you can't fix the servers, can you tell me how to forward the ports of this router please.

just for the record....

This evening for the FIRST TIME IN 3 MONTHS we had a lag free session from 6.15pm till 21.45pm!!

i don't know if they finally upgraded the server or what happened, but it was finally awesome again to play a night of bap online clubs

Thanks for your response Mr Wilson, much appreciated. If I can establish a pattern to what is happening I will let you know.

All I can say is that when I get the laggy games, passes which would normally reach a fellow player don't do anymore. I'm not powering the passes any different to what I would do in a non-laggy game. It's like the button presses don't achieve the same effect anymore

I can also report a completely lag free day today for me too - very refreshing indeed!

BTW any chance we can get that 'guaranteed' goal from kick off stopped in ranked games or at the very least made a 1000 times more difficult? It's infuriating when you come across people who constantly do this in games and not very reflective of real life. I suppose many players perceive it as a glitch to cash in on. I don't intend to spend time practicing this cheat in order to get a balanced playing field with the people using it!

On the UPnP xbox live capable router, could you please provide a link to the posts you are referring to?
I cant find them but would really like to make sure i have the right ports opened for my console connection.

Yes there was nothing we could do once the game had froze so we left, it didn't record any result, then it happened twice, and we thought oh it didn't record a loss last time, may as well leave, so it recorded us 2 losses, so thats 3 wins we've been cheated out of, and i'll message you as much info as possible, if I could so i'll say it here.

Team 1: Dutch Predators - players: 4, and our team left.
I dont know about team 2 & 3 but i'll find out.

Thank you. I hope they'll be banned because what they're basically doing is cheating their way into thousands of dollars. It should be illegal and should be punished accordingly and nothing seems more perfect than an out-right ban from the competition.

It's like bribing your way into a final...

And i still have the annoying button lag in clubs... its not major, but it does effect every technique i use in 1v1
1v1 is always perfect for me, except when im playing people from south korea, japan, hon kong etc which is obvious....
i connect direct to a modem, no router no other devices etc...

i get around 10-12ms pinging europa.owo.com with 0 loss

I'm giving away a somewhat trade secret here, although every experienced club member will know but.........when you have the sub freeze, and the camera's going from side to side, just sit there, or go make a cup of coffee, and wait for other team to quit. You will then, most of the time, get the win.

Dunno how many times we've been attempted cheated by people who go down 0-2, 0-3 and attempt to sub three players to crash the game.

We will rarely ever leave, even if it takes all night

Tell me about it smeltzerinho.. We have won around 19/20 because we don't want to lose. We're a former Div 1 club, but started over again, and were currently in Div 5.. So, losing isn't an option

P.S. Having two big tv's and a computer next to you certaintly helps when having to wait a couple of hours

We had one last night, where it wasn't the stadium scan, but their player got themselves sent off (we were 4-1 up with 5 fifa mins left) and it just froze except for one of their players doing this weird animated bending over routine, it was quite funny

and they refused to quit for like half an hour, they did in the end though

and we rightly got 4-1 win.

The most we've waited is 2 h 25 min.

But the most I've waited ( 1v1 ) is 11 hours, if I recall correctly. It happens too often, and my brain has a limited capacity to remember these things.

There might be a fix for the sub glitch. Just don´t skip the animation. I´ve been doing that for the past 2 weeks and never had the glitch again.

True, but sometimes a few of us forgets ( Usually when being down by a goal ) and smash the button a few times
