"The public port cannot be 88. Because it will have a collision with the wireless router web service" - is USUALLY what you get with belkin routers, and if he got that, my next message would of been to open 8080 instead

ok so I have a little problem........

My match results are showing up in my recent matches (in the online player hub).

but these results are no longer showing up in my stats, i.e. My win/loss streak remains unchanged,

My skill points no longer change, no. of matches won or lost also never change.

Can anybody help?

is there an issue online with some cheat to make players run faster than normal? or am I just imagining things, a long as not being able to make a correct pass against people with much lower ea pts in their profile

the ip he posted starts with 192.168.x.x, you know thats a PRIVATE ip right?
tell me what you possibly gonna do with that ip lol!!!
if he had posted his EXTERNAL ip, that would've been a different story!!

if your ps3's fixed ip is set in your router's dmz, you DONT need to open or forward the ports...
basically, putting a device in the dmz zone opens ALL ports for the specified ip and
sets it outside the firewall.

pm me if you want some more help. routers have other more advanced options
that could potentially be the cause of your issues.

Hi Wilson/David.

Can you let us know what determines a red card. Firstly with just a normal slide tackle, it seems random whether it is a red, yellow or nothing at all. I see some horror tackles and its just a freekick and no card. sometimes I do a slide tackle and barely touch the guy so he doesn't even fall over and its a red?? So how does the game decide?

Also with the last man red card. Often when the last man does a tackle with a player clear on goal it is only a yellow or nothing at all. Again how is this determined by the game?>

ok, so i've been playing australian's (dunno why?!) the hole morning now and all those games were lagging.
not the usual lag but 'button lag', it took 1sec for the action to register and execute,
wich made my passing sluggish.

now, the weird part is that it only lagged from my side!!
I pm'ed all the guys and they said it was perfectly fine on they're side!!

that's why some games seemed unfair cause the other team didn't suffer from
what we thought was a 'momentum' boost but in fact is just lag on 1 side of the
connection.

could someone please explain to me how a p2p game can lag on 1 side but
not on the other???

oh, do i need to say it's VERY frustating, to say the least.
when you start out the game it seems perfectly fine,
after a couple of minutes you realize it's not,
but it's too late to quit in a ranked game when you do!!!

ps: it's not my connection, i don't have any connection issues at all.
i've got a 30mb broadband cable connection (30mb dl, 1mb ul)

Playing Clubs last night (this morning) , and at around 00:05am GMT our team were all disconnected and given a 0-3 loss, now this may sound kinda.....ordinary if you like, but there were 10 (TEN) of us on our team

, and 3 on our opponents, yet WE get the message that we've lost connection, ALL TEN of us.

Please sort that out.

It's disheartening esp as it was still 0-0.

Same thing happened to me there was 4 of us and we were winning 1-0 then all of a sudden we are all back in the dressing room and no-one had been disconnected but we got a loss

The "23.Maj" stadium had the FPS issues addressed, but many more stadiums have framerate problems every single time there's a goalkick to the centre (town park and crown lane being two I play in regularly in the Championship that feature such frame rate drop from goalkicks), presumably this is not going to be addressed in another title update (along with the other remaining Fifa09 bugs left untouched by the first title update), so will steps be taken for Fifa10 to ensure that there are no such frame rate drops or is this an issue that isn't considered too important compared to everything else?
