Error personal settings

i recently have been getting this weird error that every time i want to play fifa it keeps asking me to select a league in the als, but i already selected the premier league and entered the code..... any tips how can i fix this??

I used to have the same problem. I just kept putting the same code in when asked (the one I had used at the start). And eventually it stopped asking. Hope this helps.
