Default Keep defence back

Which tactic is used to keep your defence back beacuse i always conceed through balls if i can solve this problem i will be unstopable

NEVER have your custome tactic as 'use offside trap' ... always ends in disaster, use 'cover' instead and you'll be good.

You can only ask them to play deep and cover, you don't always get what you ask for though lol and you will never have a game of FIFA 09 without long through balls in it. Best way to deal with it is to play themonside and just jockey in front of them and nick te ball when they change direction, if you let them goal-side you're done for

I play 5-3-2 with a sweeper, very rarely get caught out with the through ball, also Make sure that your PRESSURE is not above 50 and that your AGGRESSION is below 40

Pressure ---> is how much is how much pressure your team or defenders will put on your opponent. I don’t' like it to high because it leaves gaps and people can beat you easily.

Aggression ---> this is how aggressive your defenders will be when not controlled by you if you noticed that when your aggression is like 60 or 70 your defenders will either double team the player with the ball or run right to them leaving a gap in the back.

oh yea, and aslo never start tapping tackle like anutter when tehy get the ball.

wait for the perfect timing BEFORE pressing tackle.

both are exactly what i base my defense on and how i win most of my games,

offense wins games
