If it helps, I'm in Vancouver next Summer and can physically hand a print-out of this thread in the door, making it extra official

Put me down here i think its bad because ive played some irish players who are brilliant and would easily beat some of the level 27s that i play. And i know at least 8 people on my friends list who are in the top 2000 and they are Irish! Yeah we should do it in the RDS, i live in Wexford and thats only a hours drive from here so that would be great too! Like on the leaderboards we dont even have one for our country and they have one for countries like Chile who olny have 30 on it! I saw 30 in our country's lobby the other night! come on EA stop ignoring us

sorry to bust the bubble lads im from the north and i made the enquiry last year on 08 i finished 9th on 08 in uk. In order for anywhere in ireland to get a live event held here some1 from here must qualify for the fiwc online or at another location the way it works is if u qualify from a country then the following year ur country gets a chance at live events and id have qualifed last year only for my dodgy con but yea i was fuming last year wen i rang ea they put me in touch with the tournament orginisers and i got the lay out details its not really fair seeing as the english have multiple events we just need 1 here set it near the borders so north and south can have a chance that my oppinion just

^ does it matter how one qualifies for the FIWC event, i.e. through a live event in the UK, etc, or via online qualification?

I don't think there is coming one in Ireland...They skip Holland this year also...So...if there need to be a extra Event then it will be held in Holland...I'm sure of that

I totally agree - how much work is it to have an irish leaderboard (not a lot). As for an FIWC event here ...... i agree also.
How about creating a petition for an iriash leaderboard David?
