Sick To Death with the game dropping after making a sub!

Time after ****ing time!

Playing Man Yoo there i go 3-2 in ET and the game pauses. I make a sub and the game drops both of us out and it doesnt register for a win for me or my opponent! This is happening far too often!

Are you's even working on a patch to sort out the many issue's with this game?

Yes...this really bugs me, always happens when I'm winning.
