Unranked Games Custom Squads

Dont play ranked games because people quit to avoid getting the loss so play unranked games and people still quit.
What is it with people,I create a squad of players that i like to watch and i get nothing but grief of people,If i wanted to i could just transfer all the players from Man utd but i dont out of my whole squad only one player is from Utd which is vidic,or i could just transfer all the highest stat rated players but i dont as i said i transfer players i like to watch,they pick man utd and then whinge when they get beat,i mean get over it its a game
