Problem trying to play fifa 09 on xbox live

I hope someone can help me with this problem.

Anytime i try to do anything online with fifa09 it says i have to accept the EA terms and conditions which is fair enough. Now i accept them and then it says that im not old enough to access online content.

Now i have no idea why it is saying this. Considering im 19 and i have been using the same gamertag from when xbox live was on the original xbox.

I have never had this issue with any other game in my life and it really has be confused. I checked out the parent controls on my 360 and there is none haha so i really dont understand what the story is here.

Any ideas?
