i agree dude but its more than that.

I played a few games of club when EA would allow us and that definately feels different.

There has been more changes than just crab walking or I have change some sort of setting.

The games arent fun, they are a frustration of trying to get my guys to pass to each other and not the other team. They are a frustration because my players now feel that every time I move the left stick what I actually want them to do is stop and turn to the opponent. Its a frustration because now when I shoot the CPU decides how agonisingly bad it should be and whether the GK will just rush out and grab it or just put it in to row z.

The opponents team play like possesed people with the ability to read the future. Like I said just not fun. Its never fun to lose but to lose so much knowing you dont have a chance sucks.

VG.......I fly tomorrow at 7 apparently....lucky the wife does all the important stuff like planning lol

Thanks Dan Its a shame you rarely play other people with the same philosophy as us though.

They were cracking games last night dan I had a lot of fun.

You should play JC83 and Sammy369n as well they are in my club and really pass and good football orientated

i changed my camera to tele zoomed out 3/4 and height all the way. That has made a massive difference to my game. I hammered my old mm chelsea team last night with my barca mm team ( i changed to barca after two seasons and my chelsea team was ridicoulosuy good!) this camera angle gives you a much better view and makes the pitch look much bigger. the only problem is crossing. I also learnt how to do nice long lobbed passes quickly by watching you last night which confused the **** out of my mates i was playign later last night

I definately up for playing again im happy to get beaten when its done skillyfully and i dont feel like i never feel the ball!

no he seriously you did out class me.
I can see why you use semi/manual. If i had the dexterity i would as well i can see how you created space so nicely with it.
I could see your attacks coming but i just couldnt always get there to defend them because you moved it around nicely. Also you used skill moves well not just for show. was a joy to watch.

I dont understand how the kids i have played against online could beat you tbh unless they are exploiting something.

Im happy to play against anyone i can learn from as i do really love this game and i hate the frustration it sometimes gives me.

tele cam zoomed all the way out and as high as you can get it is best for me as you can actually see the runs and where you will have time and space.

Yeah quick lobbed passes are a nice way to move the focus (if you are going to use them frequently play your team really wide so you have support and options when switching the play)

You werent beaten that badly dude

arsneal v chelsea i was. I loved your volley with nasari from the cross absolutely stunning the way you built it up.

The thing i always find is that my players arent were i ****ign want them theres never enough support around the box. also using the guard doesnt always work but you seem to have someway of getting it to work perfectly is there a technique to that?

well two things.

1) sometimes you were running thriough and i had defenders either side. was holding jockey or press or both and for the life of me i couldnt get you off the ball i couldnt figure that one out.

2)when you hold the r2 and dont move the ls and you gaurd the ball sometimes when i do that people can still tackle me but your players seemed to hold me off.

Thats usually player strength but last night it was because I was making subtle changes to my direction away from the guy close to me if I remember rightly (i had about 6 beers by then )

2)when you hold the r2 and dont move the ls and you gaurd the ball sometimes when i do that people can still tackle me but your players seemed to hold me off.

Timing is the key to this one and choosing the right way to turn out of it. Alot of players feel they have to constantly move but to tackle some one in that position you just need the right angle. I was waiting for the tackles and moving around them as you can see them coming.
With the jockying the best thing is to sprint jocky and make sure you hold x to get close or block the shot/cross.

I dont play to win the ball all the time just to minimise the risks when you have the ball which is why I wasnt pressing you at the back or near the half way line because there is very little threat in that part of the pitch.

The main thing is to keep an eye for the attackers breaking and making runs and to head them off and get goal side. From there you can tackle or block.

I wasnt using any custom tactics last night or mentality options the only thing I did in both games was increase my width slightly.

yeah i notcied that. i just need to improve my dribbling a bit. I got a fair few shots on goal but not enough space to get them finished neatly. would love to play against you some mroe i have a new objective and thats to beat you at least once

Is it a wireless one?? I know, maybe we could do a local multiplayer, just get on the mobiles, hold your controller near your phone and it will work - wont it?

Yeah and if we use a piece of string so I can actually "see the game" then it would be more lag free than the current online.........

lalalala. Just like playing chess by mail. Which actually thinking about it would be less laggy than it currently is and my players (pieces) would be more responsive.

How can I trust you will give me utd and put CR and Evra up front......I would need photograpic proof

In these situations I would recommend fibre-optic KVM extenders with 0.6 mile range. Those will inflict only 1-2 ms lag... Cheap? Naaaah...

One ain't a Fifa nutter before one sets up ones own infrastructure to let others sub-rent.

Game: £ 40
Technical Mumbo-jumbo: £ 10000

Then we're talking!

Now that VG is a setup!!

I like the entrapenurial spirit in sub letteting your network and infastructure which is better in theory than the current EA/PSN set up as they only use copper and carrier pigeons.

I've heard that they use the copper in a slightly different way. They have operators hitting the actual copper wire with electric rods to instigate transmissions. Much similar to Morse-code. The pidgeons have trouble navigating at temperatures below 10 degrees celsius...
