I like playing as Hoffenheim or Gladback, they are between 3 or 3 1/2 star depending on the Addidas update..........

Wow, I tell you what.

After over 100 games as Ajax and lower star teams, I can confidently say I was playing good attractive football. It got me into the habit of possession and not the kick and chase others play.

For a change, I chose Aston Villa. Not a GREAT team, but not too bad. I don't want to sound cocky, but it is SO much easier. I am still attempting to play the good football I always had, but with the extra boost of skill and strength across the park, I am winning most matches by 5 or 6 goals.

Got myself into the top 10000 which gave me more motivation to keep winning. The rankings are weird though, it says I am ranked like 3800 or something, but on someone else's recent games list it will say I am like 1100...

Totally agree with the first post. I am PSG (3.5stars) in a league so I always play with them. Unless someone goes international, then I go Scotland. (4 stars).

It's amazing the amount of people I play who choose Inter, Liverpool etc (5 stars) and actually think they're good players. (Wow, it's so hard to press pass, pass, pass, hold sprint, shoot). I will often give them a good game and it's hilarious if they scrape a winner and run round the pitch with finger to mouth when they score. I have to laugh. If it makes them feel good, fine, buT I stlll know I'm the better player and probably enjoying it more.

I recommend everyone to try a lower ranked team. You will start to appreciate certain nuances, skills, and depth in the game that you never knew existed. If you stick at it, it will also make you a better player!

My best matches are pretty much all between low-rated teams. Sometimes it's a bit annoying though when playing as Swindon, and you see the other player moving down to League 1 thinking this might actually be a good match....until they pick Leeds

Playing with a 2 star team has meant I have to play in a style probably closer to the real thing but it does get frustrating from time to time when I lose because the game has essentially become an arcade game because of the sprint and lob merchants. Its pretty easy to spot the really good players and losing to them isnt a problem. The really good ones work out that the lob and sprint doesnt work if Im playing counter attack but that width and crossing against a low star team works better. The lesser players who beat me with 5 star teams just keep on lobbing and sprinting the whole game.

See my sig??? Its Watford. Now I'm a massive supporter, and when people have a team about their standard, I'll play as Watford.

If people play are Man Utd I just also pick Man Utd. If they think "z0mg hes being Man Utd too unfair I'm so bad I need to be better" and quit....fine by me...if they don't its a fair game.

But generally I like being teams which are good, but not Man Utd. Usually rotate.....but my favourite are Aston Villa and Valencia. I also like Boca though.......I have a team for every level.

Thats funny, I looked at the teams you use on easportsfootballworld. Lowest sides you used there appeared to be Reading.

My gaming name WAS Luxz0rz but my brother is also a player of FIFA 09 and he had about 100 *** friends on his list and I had about 10 real friends so I just made a new account, because not only were his friends annoying me with messages, but he was ruining my FIFA records.

He has improved since then, but I would rather be true to myself and play my own games. For some reason I've only played what...25 games on this record??? Played almost 100, and yes there are alot of high teams, especially Man Utd but I always play against teams my level (excluding that one time I was against Turkey). I'm not normally Man Utd, but I was just trying them out, I'm not a one man team I like to play as many different teams but I get into trends sometimes. I would have more games as Watford, but alas not many people want to be lower teams (my favourite team is Watford so they aren't scared off).

If you have a league of lower team players.....I'll be happy to join.

I usually like playing with smaller teams (3.5 stars and below). But when I get in huge losing slumps I play with a bigger team (like 4.5 stars) for a couple games, just to get back in my groove.

Every 25 games you play, you will come across probably 1 player using a low team.

You may play with small teams all the time, but sometimes you don't want to be at a disadvantage because you can't find anyone that will e be a small team too.

I ALWAYS play as Leeds, 2.5 stars, last night someone actually didn't use a high ranked team, they chose Birmingham, although a league above, they were still only 3 stars.
I did notice something very different though, my players played differently, the ball went through their legs, they did flip overs etc, none of which they ever do against higher rated opposition.

Anyway, fantastic game, I was walked all over, had less posession, we both had a ton of shots (both in double figures) and it ended up 5-4 (on penalties because it was 0-0 after extra time even though we were both shooting all the time, none went in!)

Did you read anything else I said??? No you didn't.

Recently I've been playing as France and Man Utd, because people have been playing as other 5 Star teams.

If people pick a 4 1/2 star team, I'll be Valencia. If they pick a 4 star team, I'll be Boca. If they pick a 3 1/2 star team, I'll be.........someone (doesn't happen alot lol), if they are 3 star, Reading, if they are under that, Watford or whatever.....you get the point I match my opponent, so my record is basically a record of how many other people pick 5 star teams.
