Problem with my RIGHT STICK!

Sorry for starting a new thread on this, but I figured it'd be a bit more visible to someone who can maybe offer a solution.

So here's my problem:
I first noticed it when I was creating my Pro.
You know when you go change some facial features, it gives you stuff you can do with your left stick (eye brows up down for example), and extra stuff with your right stick (eye brows up down, for example).
Well, I can't do anything with my right stick because it's pretty much stuck to the TOP LEFT position. I can't seem to bring it down at all, meaning, I have no control over it.

Though, I can do tricks and flick-ons perfectly in a match. Meaning, it's not MY right stick, it's something in the game.

Anyone care to explain?
or better yet, is it just me with this problem?

I tried doing this in FIFA 08 and it was working fine.
I've already tried rebooting the xbox and the game.

my right and left sticks stuck too but they seem to work just fine in game. creating a player dont know because it takes so much time to do it that i get bored.

I know my controller isn't broken. Where FIFA 09 fails, FIFA 08 works perfect.
Anyways, i'm looking for a solution... be it from EA or from someone who figured something out.

EA will give you nothing. They care not about customer satisfaction, but customers money, and how they can scam more from you!
