Its a set thing that is not an error. All squads have to be the same in order to play online.

It is there to stop people using created squads in ranked games.

Although there is a glitch and sometimes it lets them. They are fixing it in the patch though.

yeah the checking for online squads on rank matches all the time is very ANNOYING!
are u sure it cannot be turned off? cause i mean once u download it should be enough till there is a actual update available for the sqaud

Its to ensure the same versions of the squad file are used between online players to ensure consistancy.

Why it needs to prompt if they are the same is bizarre it should just check and tell you if you need to download the file or skip that if you dont though.

It downloads the squad the first session (for the day) you play a ranked match but once it downloads all it does thereafter is check to make sure that squad list is the active one. If you go and edit it, it will download the squad list again.

I only play online so dont edit my squads. The point I was trying to make is that it can be done in the background and shouldnt need confirmation every time.

its not the end of the world but it just makes it feel like it takes longer and if your playing say 10 games back to back its just another button press all the time.
