Shot Latency.

I notice that when 1 on 1 if you run in the box and press shoot, the keeper always dives at your feet and gets the ball.

You have to push shoot about 2-3 steps before you want the striker to actually take the shot.

Pathetic.

You can't shoot at full pace until you have some semblance of control over the ball. It's quite realistic in this way.

Then you should be able to do some kind of little flick as you would be able to in real life at running full speed.

Like just a tap so the ball could go over the keeper or something without taking another step.

I take my hand off sprint, and put my hand on pace, and still no shot.
Yeah, you really have to plan ahead in 1on1's, or you're dead!

I know you can chip shot, but im talking about once you've ran into the 18 yard box full speed ahead and tap shoot its to late because he takes a few steps and then the keepers got the ball before he shoots.

If you took a chipshot from there the keeper would either save it or it go over.

I want just a little shot that happens soon as i tap shoot button.
Just one you can make straight away while running full speed.

when i sprint into the box all i do is take hand off sprint hold left trigger and tap a finesse shot

ur talking miliseconds dont think thers a problem here m8

in rl when a striker sprints in he stops the sprint for a second before shooting!

theres a lot bigger problems in the game for me

like ai defenders who may as well sit on the bench!

if you watch closely, as the stricker lifts his foot the cpu nails the ball away with a defender - every .... time

AI defenders all become super defenders when you put it on legendary mate.

I dont play on Legendary myself i like Pro to score a few goals or World Class for a challenge but i think on Legendary ratings go out the window for AI.
