Any good news on these forums are responded with more complaints. I love how everyone expects EA to work there lalalalala off when they give them little to no repect.

If they were able to easily patch in the Edit Number option, don't you think they would do it?

And for those complaining that more should be fixed in this patch, I'd rather have a patch now and wait for the next one, instead of waiting many more weeks and probably months for a larger patch.

Show some respect and gratefullness people.

Indeed. And don't turn around and say how much they pay out because they would of gone bust a while ago.

Yeah, of course they make a load of money, they are a business after all. How that directly affects the staff who work on the game I don't know?

Money pays for staff. The more staff they've got surely affects time? I mean come on, they didn't even beta test 09 properly.

Wow, looking at this thread makes me sick, if someone told you to "****ing" do something would you do it ?? NO. So maybe you should show a little more respect.

Im not disagreeing to the fact its your money and you are entitled to an opinion but you could ask a little more nicer and they'll probably answer you back.

Bu does numbering make the game more exciting to play than say rain or snow in MM? I don't think so... This numbering issue is one of the most retarted things that people have complained about.

Gamer 1 - I need numbering! It's so important that number 9 scores the goals every game in daylight!

Gamer 2 - Playing all day games or overcast games is boring - I would rather have random weather, hell ANY WEATHER in MM, and night games for midweek euro matches.

Which seems more important for the longevity of the actual game?

Please...

Work their lalalalala off... They've sold 1 million plus games in the UK ALONE! For the amount of money they are pulling in, they should be working their lalalalala off, that's business.

As for the numbering, it wouldn't be so hard to "patch" it if they didn't take it out in the first place from last year!

suppose people are just frustrated at finding elementary mistakes in such a popular franchise.....

but im with ya..people should still respect the amount of time it takes to put a game like this together.....

Well maybe its because its a very hard thing and requires a lot more time than a few weeks to put in?

Im sick of people constantly slagging fifa, they can do nothing right according to most of these people, even though theyve made the best football game ever, people just cant be happy and have to find something wrong with it.

Quoted from a guy on this forum , having same problem here , plz EA , fix this plz

Yes it is because of adidas live season. I was having the same problem, i heard that if i deleted my save files for fifa multiplayer wouldn't freeze, so i did that and i worked perfectly.
Then yesterday i decided to start adidas live season again. Today i went to play with my bro and it froze. So i went and deleted 'Personal Information' and 'Online Squads' (i left my manager save) and i works again.
So i only happens when you start addidas live season!! They better fix it..

They didn't beta test it properly? What is "properly" then?

Yeah, they've probably got a lot of staff, but remember the great bunch of other titles they produce, its not like they put all their money and time behind EA Sports and FIFA solely.

Be thankful for what you are given, otherwise go and do it yourself

The Michael Jackson moon walk for example, or the crab. That happens regulary, how did they not pick that up in the beta release?

Please stop being ignorant. I don't know how to program in C++ professionally enough to create and design a game. I'm giving constructive critism to what EA should of done. It's idiots like you who need to wake up and smell the coffee.

Yeah, the crab walk should have been hard to miss, but it was, and now that EA have learnt of the problem, they are fixing it. Pretty good for a company that is "only about the money". (Not your words)

You don't know how to program professionally, yet you are saying they should of worked harder and calling me an idiot for possibly going against this? What gives you the right to have a go at me when you aren't even sure how much programming is done yourself?

What 'gives you the right' to tell me to make my own game? I'm giving EA critism which they receive daily. I stand for calling you an idiot, just by reading your posts.

I'm aware of how much programming is done for Fifa09, but these guys are professionals and paid enough. Please stay on topic. This is about EA, not me programming a new football game which is a pathetic idea. How many do you think work for fifa? You've got to stop with the fanboy excuses and admit EA should of fixed this issue before we forked out.

I'm happy they're releasing a patch, it was very unexpected.

I'm not saying EA are perfect, I get very annoyed at the game quite alot due to little bugs. What I don't get is why this game seems to get so much more abuse over bugs than most other games I've played. There are many games out there as, if not more buggy than FIFA 09, but everyone seems to see through these bugs.

I understand how you may think "why didn't they fix these problems during testing?", but do you ever think of all the problems they actually may have fixed during testing?

I stick up for EA as I find the negativity on these forums to be greater than most others I've seen, when in my opinion, and I know many others, EA have just released the greatest football game ever made

Oooo cool update

This may sound a stupid question, but will this update be free or will we have to pay for it?
