No Commentary Bug?

So i've had this problem with Fifa08 on the PSP, and now it's happening again on the 360 with Fifa 09. When I started a game the other day as the game was loading and you see the line ups and the players in the tunnel etc... I hit the "A" button to advance to the game (skip the loading scenes) when the game started, the was sound from the crowd, and music, and sound effects, but no commentary.

I tried playing with the audio settings and nothing works. I played through figuring next time I boot up the 360 it will clear itself. it didn't and seems attached to my login I've played several games in manager and exhibition with no commentary. really frustrating.

On the psp, resetting the audio settings usually solved this issue, but that doesn't seem to work on the 360. Any one else have this problem? or ideas how to fix?
