I sent a message to EAUK_Adroit (from EA) and this is his answer (he responded very quickly)

« We have passed on comments to the development team about gamers wanting to be able to control all the teams when playing in an offline tournament.

Regarding your Be A Pro mode question, is that for general Be A Pro games or Be A Pro: Seasons? ».

At least, we have this to hang on too!
