Bought Additional Addidas Live Season Leagues and having problems? Post Here

Hi Guys,

If you have purchased additional Live Season updates through Xbox Live Marketplace or the PSN and are having problems actually using them, could you please post here with your gamertag, the platform you bought it for and a quick overview of the issue you are having.

UPDATE:

All those having problems, you will need to download the activation code again, to do this follow the below steps:

PS3
PLAYSTATION Network >
Account Management >
Transaction Management >
View Download List >
Select the Live Season from the list >
highlight DOWNLOAD and press the X button A; Live Season downloads again and reinstalls automatically

360
Dashboard >
Account Management >
Download History >
Select Live Season from the list >
Blade comes up, select Download Again ; Live Season downloads again and reinstalls automatically

IMPORTANT: You will then need to go in game and download the latest update from within Live season. This is not an automatic download, you need to trigger it each week.

[UPDATE] 20/11/08

We are aware of additional issues on X360 right now and looking into a solution. We will update once we have more information.

I was forced to buy the adidas live season upgrade two times. Reason is, that i first place the order for the BLES0314 Code -

There was no information - not here, and not in the booklet, that the cutsomer have to take care of which BLES he download.

That is a big dissapointement and not good in any way , compared to the custom care i expect.

By the way, the BLES Code is shown in white letters bevore a grey background in the psn shop - very blury. So i did not notice even that there is a difference.

There is also no option to get in contact with german EA custom care - expect to call a callcenter agent for nearly 3€ per Minute.

What i would kindly ask now is ? How will EA fix thia problem ? Will i get my refund ???

I gave my cousin my trial code because i wasnt botherd about it.

He said it was good so i bought EPL and la liga.

Only the EPL has been reconsied as being bought and la liga doesnt show.

Purchased it on PS3 PSN, the ID of my psn is : nvswog
The issue i have when i go into a game and want to go into SQUAD to do a SUB all the ratings are as default and they have no colored arrows/numbers etc. its just the normal ratings with the white colored numbers. so there for i dont know who is on form who isnt etc.

I bought Serie A, EPL, Bundesliga, Ligue 1 and La Liga. All work except La Liga. It says I've purchased it, and when I click purchase again it asks if I want to download it again since I already got it. When thats done, the game doesnt recognize it (no green tick) and it just says "Purchase, Tell me more, Tell me more" - yes, it says Tell me more twice. I've also been charged for it once.

yeah i have a problem with adidas live session. My problem is the rankings Fluctuate WAY too much.

Some one going from a 89 to a 78 or a 86 to a 93 in one week is stupid

I haven't even bothered with the free one, after seeing all the **** (and dodgy overalls) that is going on with this thing... i am glad that i didn't get it and i am sure as heck not paying for additional ones.

La Liga does not work for me. I purchased it and got EPL as a free trial. When I try to re-download it, it says 'Purchase, Tell Me More, Tell Me More'. :/

I used my code to get the EPL, however, on 2 or 3 occasions I have had to re-input the code! I have checked and my option and save files are there, but it asks me to sign-up for addidas team? Not a problem, just irritating.

Hi having the same trouble with the spanish league. Have actually emailed EA but never bothered getting back to me. Ive downloaded it which it states in the game, taken my points off me also when I try downloading it again, it does this but then says 'Tell me more' twice. Which is obviously a mistake. Anways....

Barca, Man U etc, to give themselves an advantage over you, but you will still beat them.
