I purchased all leagues and it worked for a week. now when i turn on my system only the free league i choose works. I keep trying to redownload it, but it does not work.

This same situation occured with my xbox 360.. please suggest something other than deleting from the system console.... IN BOLD LETTER IT SAYS ONLY EA SERVERS CAN REGISTER THE LEAGUES............... so why cant we activate them.. maybe they just want us 2 get frustrated and repay individually for each league... but i dont think were all addicted, we just want what we paid 4 ............ i also reported this situation with xbox costumer support which they gave me a referrence number.... i highly suggest flooding xboxs mail with this problem... otherwise if we dont imply with force then they aint going to fell obligated to fix **** ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yeah...it sucks that they haven't answered...but I want to hope it was just a hiccup on the system, and it will be up and running by the next update on Tuesday!!

I used the free code on the EPL, then i liked it so i purchased live season for all leagues.

i've tried multiple downloads, still having issues, this started yesterday, it was combined with an increase in connection losses from the EA servers and some very jumpy gameplay and freezing in the arena while trying to connect with opponents.

Im starting to get to the point of feeling angry inside, the point where id love to say some nasty things, but they dont care. EA should be taken over, They give us lalalala year after year, They never ever reply back to anyone, Their customer support is disgusting, How the hell are they surviving in this business. When I phoned them they were just giggling down the phone to each other, pretending to be managers and so on when I asked to spk with one. Something serios should happen with this and I cant wait till that day comes, Im gonna phone today and take down some names and get my solicitor on the job, Im fkn sick of them taking the mick, if anyones starting up a petition or something of that sort count me in !!! Its still not working, Im gonna give them till friday if its not fixed im taking it back to the shop for a full refund and get Call of Duty 5 instead. Or even Pro Evo, at least they have some sort of customer support.

this is the same for me. Except the online problems. I purchased All leagues but now im only getting Premier league. I have tried everything to avail. after i download it again it still says PURCHASE and i get Two TELL ME MORE. EA what the hell is going on.

I'm pretty sure everyone is having this problem, and the "fix" EA posted does not work, at all.

It's pretty sad that once this problem became widespread EA started completely ignoring this post.

I agree with a previous post, you should send an email to the Better Business Bureau if EA doesn't respond by the next update. We paid a decent chunk of change for a videogame add-on that is not functioning, and we're recieving no information or response as to what is being done.

I really love this game, but the neglect EA is having for it after release is criminal. The club servers are really messed up as well.

you can always talk to your lawyer and sue them cause they are taking your money and not giving something in return...wonder how long it takes to fix a server...2 weeks? 2 months? they are just straight up lazy.

Bought Additional Addidas Live Season Leagues and it worked the first few weeks and now I can only update my one free league. Spoke to customer support and they are aware of the problem but how long can something like this take to solve when it has already been over a week.

THAT IS NOT THE POINT IF WE BUY AN ADD ON FOR THE GAME AND WE GOOD DAMN MONEY ON IT WE EXPECT THE FULL SYSTEM TO BE WORKING. All leagues wont work, i try to download them again and look if the green tick is there but its not there and then a thing comes up Tell Me More which appears up twice. The console which i am on is Xbox 360 and i have tried that thing which you said try to do, i either wish to have my money ,points back or to solve this problem.

Select the Live Season from the list >
highlight DOWNLOAD and press the X button A; Live Season downloads again and reinstalls automatically

Blade comes up, select Download Again ; Live Season downloads again and reinstalls automatically


IMPORTANT: You will then need to go in game and download the latest update from within Live season. This is not an automatic download, you need to trigger it each week.
