after that i think we can substitute players much easier.

i know for some people this is nothing but i think it is very important for FIFA series.

also it appears that they have the arrows next to the player indicating 'form' or 'fitness' in exhibition mode like on pes... or is that just me being wrong?

Well spotted, that is excellent news, was really awful in the last couple of Fifas, you had to use Dpad/Analog at the same time to increase the scrolling speed.

It's form - they're talking about Adidas live season. The video is in the thread called something like 'the real player ratings - casillas 93'

So we dont need scrolling up until find "ready" (or something like that, i dont remember exactly) and press "A"

Yeah LB/RB in FIFA 08 enabled you to see Energy ans things like that, can't remember exactly.
