typical EA, take things out, then put it back in so people think its new & exciting

im stoked to get this back, but i wonder if you for example select a player at the bottom of your squad list and he is a Gk or a CB for example and you push the left button on the D pad will he remain selected so you can do it quickly?

Thats exactly the point which you cant tell from the screenshot

they have this in '08 I mean you can page up/down with " < > "
in line-up menu
but the thing is in '09 if you select a player then change the page,
is that player still chosen?
or you need to select him and scroll all the players up or down for changing

changing players from reserves and subs takes ages in FIFA

well actually to make scrolling faster in fifa 08 i just used the d pad and the left stick it made everything much easier
