Here is the jist of it. Im using dagenham on semi pro and its mega hard. My team are tired on every game and they cant sprint which means i lose quite a few games. i dont know any good formation or offensive defensive tactics. I want to upgrade the medical staff but this will take years since its alot of money. i need some advice or help in getting my team to develop fast !
why is it that the computer teams even at league 2 are at full stamina every game and i do no training and they are exhausted :S |

run at the line when in trouble. You earn a throw which you can launchn into the box. Also pass a lot and use the wings. You will always have low med. staff and fitness. I was fortuante enough to get rafael on a free agent in one mm. You should always use 4 at the back

Yeah man i can totally sympathise. I did the same thing and managed Dagenham in Lg 2. Managed to get them to the premier league on legendary difficulty, getting promotion every season, so it is possibe.
I experienced the same problem with player fatigue. Just keep rotating the squad and try to get the med staff upgrades ASAP. Make sure you do not schedule any training sessions, just don't bother. Play your subs for the cup matches, just concentrate on the league. i would recommend playing Nurse and Strevens up front together, Benson is just too slow. Nwokeji is also quite good as a super-sub and can be used on the wing. Huke and Burgmeier are good in thmidfield and your defence is fairly solid. I used a standard 4-4-2 formation and always use man-marking. Priority in the transfer window i would say is buy a 60-65 striker. look for old players near the end of their contract, as you can get them for dirt cheap, and they can single handedly win you the league (though they will retire soon). Pace is the man attribute you should be looking for. I got Sylvain Wiltord in my second season when he was 38 for just £40k and Denilson when i was in the championship for about the same price. Also loans are really helpful, will allow you to get in more squad players so you can rotate and keep fresh. Just search in the transfer window for players available for loan. Hope this helps, keep faith in the Daggers! Last edited by jumbosausage; 31-08-2009 at 04:58 PM.. |

i played MM with notts county and got them to premier league as well, tho it was so freakin difficult because i play in 2min halves and in legendary, but somehow i managed to get them promoted each season
!.....the main thing i looked at when buying players was low rated people w/ 65+ speed/acceleration and maybe sometimes good stamina.......as long as i have speed in my team, im great no matter how crappy they are rated!!haha....no lie.....i played brasil once in a friendly w/ notts county and they beat me once and i beat them twice
