the fun is playing different rivals so if you sim a game in the season you need to wait long enough to face that team again plus i like to earn my points so i dont simulate

because the season is long, and some people don't have time to play everything, and they can just manage the team without playing, using sim for quick sims for some game and if thye want use the other sim so they can actually manage the team while just simming

When I start to get a little bored with playing all of the games I visual sim then in the 75th minute try and better my score, very difficult when your losing on pro mode though :/

I love seasons where you sim- it's much more of a challenge of your managerial skills and strategic ability rather than seeing how many you personally can bang past the other team.

It's way more rewarding to take a Coca Cola League 2 side to the Prem by simming rather than doing it yourself

I never quick sim because in FIFA 08 when you simmed you always had a player get injured, obviously this doesn't happen in 09?

That's not true, i simmed in a lot of seasons in 08 and my players didn't recieve injuries, the same thing with 09. Yes once in a while your player will go down with an injury, but it can happen in a simmed or a played match. The reason you might get lots of injuries is because of a low medical staff.

Why? I like playing the football, and I like the manager side too. I may as well have FIFA 09 and play both...

Well it's not that people who sim, just sim and don't play. I play a lot and I sim a lot, so you are not constrained to just one or the other,

I Think Quick Simming Is Only Good When You Have A Good Team And Are Guaranteed A Win.

No I agree with Aussie; in 08 I saw a lot more injuries simming than playing. Personally I'll only sim friendlies, or maybe a couple at the end of season if your position is already determined.
