What 'boosts' - do you mean in edit player mode?

I think everyone will find that growth is not even and depends on game time (and importance of game), the club, the trainer levels, training etc

PS. I've found that Sami Nasri, Jesus Navas and of course Fabregas get into the mid/high 90s

Boosts- Training advances. For example:
the highest torres goes without training is 92, but with training he gets to 95

I don't know, he's a cm and his name is Skelbred or something like that... Starts out at 81 and goes to 89... I have him partnered with Obi Mikel in the midfield... I figure with training I can get him to 91 atleast... I'll get his correct name asap...

how about Mario Balotelli, Italian ST or CF at inter milan, reaches 92+ in around 3 years

same as stefano Jovetic at fiorentina but i think he peaks at 93/94
