From what the PC database says, here are the potentials for those guys.
Nilmar - 86
Carlos Eduardo - 87
Lulinha - 89
Kerlon - 86

The only caveat of that is I cannot get confirmation that the pc database and the PS2 db are the same as they have been in the past. I was looking in the db to confirm the scouted players people had unearthed, and not one of them was present. All that could mean is that the scouted players are different which is fine, but if the players potentials are different the database is useless to me since I play on PS2. So take these with a grain of salt, and those are the non-boosted potential. And to answer another question on here, boosts are training and match xp. For example, last year Lulinha's potential was 91. But being on the managers team, with match xp and training he reached 96 every MM I played. I am not sure if anyone got him higher than that, but that was my max for him.

The best defender to get would be m.richards in fifa 09, he's like a monster, lets no one pass through at all. he goes up to an overall of 92.

another lad ive got in my team is Piotr Świerczewski (36 yrz old) (real face). which he costs £110,000 i pay him 1800 a week with an overall of 69. pretty cheap. his a class in passing. well worth to try..
