Missing English Game Manual (EADM)

Has anyone been able to find a copy of the English game manual?

I've serched the forums and there have been a number of posts about the missing English version of the manual, but they all end with people complaining about EA's customer support.

Its strange, english should be international language lol.
I dont have it eighter.
