I can't shoot in online games (using Logitech mouse)!

Hi,

I'm controlling the game with mouse and keyboard, using the keyboard for moving and the mouse for aiming/shooting/passing/tackling.

It works fine in single player.

However, I can't shoot or perform sliding tackles when playing online...

I've changes the controller settings, and in my configuration, shooting and tackling (sliding) is activated by the 4th button on my Logitech MX 518 (that button is also used as "Back" when surfing the web).

Isn't it possible to use this mouse key in online games?

unfortunately only standard mouses are supported, but try "mouse movments" instead of "keyboard movements"

But it works fine when playing single player... It makes no sense to let the user set up his special mouse buttons and get used to it, and then not allowing the special buttons to be used online.

Listen, don't tell me that it's lalalala or to use the keyboard. I want to use the mouse for aiming/shooting/tackling, but the 4th mouse button isn't working in online games.

Has anybody had the same problem? Does anybody have a solution or explanation (apart from not using the mouse... doh!)?
